Not content with opening one restaurant in Hong Kong, Simon Rogan (holder of four Michelin stars) has opened two restaurants in Hong Kong this year, his first overseas.
Like its original branch in the Marylebone district of London, Roganic Hong Kong places emphasis on using the best ingredients, in most cases from local farms and foraged locally.
