What do you do first upon waking?
The first thing I have to do is brush my teeth then make my Nespresso!


What is your own morning skincare routine?
I think of my evening routine to treat my skin and my morning routine to protect it:

  • I start with my face wipes or a mild cleanser to remove any residue from the night before. I like the soothing cleansing gel, it’s very gentle and great for anyone with sensitive skin. 

  • I follow with my own toner. The proper pH is the foundation for every skin care routine. When you have the proper pH the efficacy of all your other products increases.

  • I mix my Soothing Serum and Vitamin C+ Serum, which are hydrating and brightening. 

  • The Balm seals in the moisture and leaves my skin glowing.  

  • Chuda SPF 30 sunscreen.  

What do you eat and drink in the morning?
I usually eat some variation of eggs, avocado, salmon, and a slice of sourdough!  I also carry a large water bottle with me everywhere I go! 

 Do you have a morning exercise routine/if so what is it?
I grew up as an athlete so staying active is really important to me and my health! I usually workout with a trainer, lifting weights or dancing!

What are your key skin tips and tricks for travelling?
When it comes to traveling, I consider the plane cabin a unique environment, which I like to refer to as the 'fifth season.' In this setting, the air tends to be exceptionally dry, leading to water loss from the skin. To maintain hydration and comfort, I recommend to:

  • Stay Hydrated: I make it a point to drink plenty of water before, during, and after the flight to counteract the dehydrating effects of the dry cabin air.

  • Incorporate an antioxidant: I apply my Brightening Vitamin C+ Serum by Joanna Czech

  • Create a barrier: To maintain my skin's moisture, I always apply my balm before boarding the plane. This step helps create a protective barrier that minimizes water loss during the flight. 

What is your favourite skin advice as the weather changes?
Transitioning between seasons can be challenging for your skin to adjust. This is when I prioritize products that will nourish and soothe your skin. Especially focus on the changes for your daytime routine: lighter moisturizer in summer, thicker creams in the winter. Additionally, I would avoid experimenting with any peels or products that are too active during extreme weather.

How do you prep clients so they have fabulous and glowing “red carpet” skin?
Everyone has their own version of a “red carpet” in their lives, whether it be a wedding or another special occasion. I believe in providing customized treatments that respect my clients' skin. I don’t think anyone should have to experience discomfort to see results. Our treatments incorporate a variety of modalities such as manual massage, ultrasound, microcurrents, and LED light therapy.
