Opened in 1598, Hosteria Giusti is an Italian institution. A salumeria (an Italian deli or shop that sells cured meats) and osteria (a small, casual eatery that serves wine and simple, local food), Hosteria Giusti is the retro-style restaurant at the back of the equally elegant deli and only offers four tables and a minimal menu of incredible, traditional dishes. In the evening, the restaurant is open by reservation only for groups of at least 12 people with a pre-arranged menu. Truly an experience to have in beautiful Modena!
