A French-Mediterranean restaurant that brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past whilst remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain, and Greece as seen in Ribeye Steak au Poivre, Chickpea Socca Pancake and Bouillabaisse ‘Tetou’ for the table, as well as Baked Red Snapper Provençal and Rotisserie Chicken Chasseur. Designed by Rockwell Group, guests descend into the striking setting complete with soaring triple-height ceilings and an ethereal 19-foot wire mesh sculpture by internationally-celebrated Italian artist Edoardo Tresoldi.
