The first thing we love about Buvette is its many fabulous locations it has around the world, including NYC, London, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, and Mexico City. The second thing we love about Buvette is the amazing food, almost exclusively based around eggs. The NYC space is very cozy, yes, but the veggie croque madame with mushrooms is the star of the show and you will be too much in foodie heaven to care about the close quarters!
